Our story
We started this adventure in 2021 in Melbourne with the goal of eliminating construction headaches. In just a few years, we’ve helped hundreds of builders streamline their operations, grown our team from 2 to 20+, and have set our sights on becoming the first AI-powered operating system for construction sites.

From working on pumps and motors to writing code, Richard spent 5 years in power station operations before switching gears. These days, he’s helping power up construction sites, one line of code at a time
Sian here! I moved to Melbourne six years ago after accidentally finishing a law degree (whoops) Since then, I’ve been living my best tech life as an account manager/CSM, mostly in the healthcare space. Big fan of US Survivor—still waiting for Jeff Probst to call me—and I bake cakes and eat said cakes.
From big tech to start ups. I like to explore ideas, design great stuff, get people to agree on it, then turn those designs into roadmaps — all without losing the vision along the way. When I’m not yapping or designing, I try to stay away from my screen be climbing rocks, watching birds, and taking photos.

With five years in real estate—from a fast-paced startup to working as a residential agent in Indiana—I’ve built a strong foundation in sales and client relationships. After moving to Austin in May, I’ve been leveraging those skills to break into tech sales, driven by a passion for fast-moving environments and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Switching from civil engineering into the software world, Matt has always been fascinated by construction tech. Most of his time is spent with builders and subcontractors brainstorming better ways to manage safety, but when he's not he'll be finding his way to the coast for a surf.
From marketing to web design to engineering leadership, Aaron's diverse tech background spans leading large teams at REA Group and SEEK. Now he's applying this wealth of experience to revolutionise construction tech with innovative solutions.
Gilad loves solving problems and leverages his experience working as an estimator to do this for our customers and their Subcontractors. Outside of work you will find Gilad with his boxing gloves on or cooking up a storm in the kitchen.
From retail to food-tech to construction, Shelley has a diverse marketing background that is no stranger to big ideas and endless to-do lists. You’ll likely find her highly caffeinated, talking about whatever cult fitness class she did that morning.
