How it works
No need to overcomplicate things. The Permits feature captures the essential information to keep your workers and site safe.
1. Create your permit type
Start by creating the different permit types needed for your site (e.g., a hot work permit). Within each permit type, you can add templates for application, enactment, and closeout. This ensures workers provide all required documentation at each permit stage.
2. Worker requests permit
With the BuildPass worker app, workers can directly submit new permit applications by completing the provided template, reducing unnecessary back-and-forth.
3. Receive, approve, or request more information
The builder receives the permit application and can verify whether the worker has the required certifications to perform the work. The permit can then be approved, or additional information requested.
