However, subcontractors or workers who are assigned a defect can access the Worker Portal for free.

You can easily upgrade or downgrade between the Lite, Standard, or Pro plans, and add or remove admin users at any time. To make changes, simply email support@buildpass.ai – any additional charges or refunds will be processed at different times depending on whether you're on a monthly or annual plan.
