Our story
We started this adventure in 2021 in Melbourne with the goal of eliminating construction headaches. In just a few years, we’ve helped hundreds of builders streamline their operations, grown our team from 2 to 20+, and have set our sights on becoming the first AI-powered operating system for construction sites.

These are the superstars we mentioned earlier. With diverse backgrounds and skillsets, we've got the tools we need to build an epic platform.
Jesse joins the team from Radelaide. When he's not on the phone meeting new people, he's either at the gym or spending time with his dog!
Nathan has over 6 years of experience in construction insurance as a broker and is now working to help builders run safe and efficient sites with BuildPass. Outside of work, you’ll find him going for runs or trying new breweries across Victoria.
Tessa is our go-to for all things digital design. Whether it's creating social media assets or working on product design, she's on top of it all. Tessa enjoys her coffee and loves to travel.
Jin is our product design wizard, with over 10 years of experience. She's truly the best in the biz. When the weekend rolls around, you'll find Jin camping with her family.
Alvin has extensive experience in data entry, BPO, and clerical roles. Outside of work, he's a passionate about all things music!
Dianne has a wealth of skills that she brings to the BuildPass team - primarily helping new customers get set up for success.
Marix is our support specialist and loves to problem-solve. He is also a seasoned fencing champ!
Jon is our construction insight expert with loads of experience working with both small and large builders. He’s passionate about bringing this world-class industry experience to the land of construction-tech.
