Forms
Scan worker QR codes within forms (replacing signatures)
This is a new field that can be added to forms. It allows the person filling in the form to scan worker QR codes as part of the form submission. This can be used as an efficient way of collecting worker signatures without passing a device around. A use-case for this is a pre-task plan: rather than manually getting everyone to sign the pre-task plan every day, the competent person filling out the form can simply scan their crew’s QR codes to capture their signature digitally.
AI actions generator
This uses AI to automatically generate actions on forms! It looks at the response to the field and will generate an action item accordingly. You can even give each action field a custom prompt, indicating how it should be used. An example of this is you need to raise a hazard after a task observation. Rather than manually writing out the hazard, the AI can look at the details of the task observation and the answers to the form, and automatically generate an action item for you.
Conditional logic
It’s finally here! You can now show/hide fields/sections based on the answers to other fields. This enables forms with complex logic, all while looking very simple to the end user.
Send email updates
Email updates on a form can be shared without sharing the whole form. If you need to update someone on the status of a form but don’t want to share the whole document, you can now easily send that update. The “To” field can automatically populate based the email field in the form.
Hide fields from public forms and PDF exports
Can now mark fields/sections as “hidden from public forms”, or “hidden from PDF exports”. This gives you granular control of what those filling in the form should see, and what those you’re sharing the form with should see.
Add custom form IDs
Rather than relying on auto-generated IDs, you can now structure what your form IDs should look like. This allows you to better match internal processes and gives a nicely formatted identifier when sharing forms (or actions items that relate to forms) externally.
Improved email confirmations
Email confirmation of form submission is now more configurable via the Workflows module. You can choose who should receive form submission confirmation based on email fields in the form.
Select locations
Both internal and external forms can now select locations, which is pre-filled based on the locations set up for the project. The whole form can relate to a location, or multiple location fields can be set-up within the form.
