Take your permits online
Digitising your permits process allows you to track new, in progress, or past permits, while also gaining greater visibility of your workers qualifications.
How it works
There's no need to overcomplicate it. The Permits feature helps you capture the required information you need to keep your workers and site safe.
1. Create your permit type
Get started by creating the different permit types that will be used on your site (e.g. a hot work permit). Within the permit type you can then add the appropriate application, enactment and closeout templates. This ensures that workers provide you with all required documentation for that permit stage.
2. Worker requests permit
Within the BuildPass worker app, workers have the ability to directly lodge a new permit application. They will complete the template that you have provided, limiting unnecessary back and forth.
3. Receive, approve, or request more information
The builder receives the permit application and can now confirm whether the worker has the required tickets to complete the work. The permit can then be approved, or more information can be requested.
